The sounds of the rain

The most relaxing sound in the whole world is the sound of rain. whether it be pounding on every surface or whether it be washing down a windowpane, I find it endlessly soothing. I have always associated the rain with a guilt free day in, a hot cup of tea and a good movie. there is just something really comforting about the fact that you are wrapped up and warm in your own little bubble whilst the world cleanses itself with a good dose of rain. I tried to capture the textures of rain, the different shapes that it takes as it hits the surface. Lets say it is a tribute to the one weather I love best.
